Real money, back in your pocket
Example: on a Collier County home near the median price of $825,000, a standard owner's title policy runs about $4,200. The Boost rebates 15% — that's about $630 saved at closing, without reducing your coverage one bit.
It's fully RESPA-compliant and supported by the Florida Supreme Court's decision in Chicago Title Insurance Co. v. Butler (2000), which lets agencies like ours pass on part of our premium share.

The founder
From the USS Blue Ridge to your closing table
Trent Brands enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2010 and served aboard the USS Blue Ridge with the Seventh Fleet, earning honors including the Navy Achievement Medal and a Joint Meritorious Service Medal for humanitarian relief after Japan's 2011 tsunami.
After his service, he spent a decade in real estate — as an agent, investor, home-flipper, and Airbnb Superhost — before moving to Florida and into title. He's seen the closing from every seat at the table, which is exactly why Title Base runs the way it does: disciplined, transparent, and genuinely on your side.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to apply for the Hometown Heroes Boost?
No. When you or your agent have an executed contract, just tell your Title Base representative that you qualify. There's no application — we handle it from there.
Are all title companies the same price?
The title-insurance premium is set by the state of Florida, so it's the same from agent to agent. What differs is service — and our 15% Hometown Heroes Boost, which actually lowers your net cost.
Does the rebate reduce my coverage?
Not at all. You get the full, standard owner's title policy — the Boost simply rebates 15% of the premium. It's RESPA-compliant and court-supported.
What areas do you serve?
Title Base is licensed throughout Florida and can close in all 67 counties, with our office in downtown Naples serving Collier, Lee, and the rest of Southwest Florida.
